Community Quilt | ricRACK x Sistahs Makin' A Change

Back at the end of 2022, ricRACK hosted a series of classes with Ashé Cultural Arts Center's Sistahs Makin' A Change called Creative Problem Solving.

During the ten-week series, participants came up with an idea for a quilt block and then Executive Director and instructor Lizz Freeman helped each person turn their vision into a tangible artwork. Since then, Lizz has been hard at work bringing all of the blocks together to make a Community Quilt.

We are so excited to announce that the unveiling of this quilt will happen during the highly anticipated Ashé Rooftop Festival.
