Service Description

Have big dreams of creating your own clothing? Want to mend and up-cycle what is already in your closet to promote a sustainable future? Your sewing journey starts here! Teens ages 13 - 17 can come and learn the basics to get started in our sewing studio. If you are new to sewing or have never sewn before, our fun and knowledgeable instructor will walk you through all of the basics of getting started. This is a great class to learn the technical skills and language of sewing, while learning the ins and outs of a sewing machine. With an emphasis on sustainable practices, you will complete a simple project over the course of three weeks.
