Betty Love hails from the Pacific Northwest, and brought the love of sewing her grandmother instilled in her to New Orleans. Her creativity and love of the craft led her to work in costume design and styling, including Dread Scott's Slave Rebellion reenactment in 2019, where she learned about ricRACK. Betty is excited to be involved in the community and assist others find what they require to express their creativity.
Betty lives in the French Quarter, has a passion for quilting and flamingos, and is excited to assist you with your styling needs.
COLETTE DELACROIX, a native of New Orleans, learned to sew as a child from her mother. This skill became imminently valuable when Colette returned to New Orleans post Katrina and needed a job. In 2006, Colette became a seamstress for IATSE 478, the union that provides skilled crafts-persons for the movie industry.
