"Mending Mondays" is a popular community-driven movement centered around repairing, stitching, and upcycling clothes instead of throwing them away. It combines sustainability with mindfulness to combat fast-fashion waste. Join us on Mondays, bring in your hand sewing projects and let us assist you in solving your sewing problems. The Chore philosophy is to Extend garment life: Repairing clothes reduces landfill waste. Visible mending: Turning tears into beautiful, artistic features, Mindful crafting: Using repetitive stitching to reduce stress, Community building: Sharing repair skills and progress.
